Nitrowatches partners with major international shipping companies like Canada Post, FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, who collaborate with local couriers to deliver right to your door. We proudly offer **free worldwide shipping**.
Payment and Shipping Process
You will be charged at the time of your order. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping, and the process may take several days. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled to prevent fraud.
Shipping Timeline:
- We require 1-2 business days to process your order and transport it to our carrier's sort facility. Some items may take longer, especially during major holidays or high-demand periods (up to 10 days).
- Once your order is processing through our shipping department, we are unable to make changes, including address changes. We will only ship to the address provided during checkout.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details.
Multiple Items:
For orders with multiple items, products may ship separately, and they may arrive on different dates due to varying manufacturing partner locations.
Tracking Your Order
All orders are processed with tracking numbers. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Some carriers may take several days to update tracking information. If it has been over 5 business days without tracking updates, please contact us at support@nitrowatches.com.

- United States, United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
- Canada, Europe: 7-12 business days
- Australia, New Zealand: 8-14 business days
- Mexico, Central America, South America: 9-16 business days

While we strive to ensure on-time delivery, Nitrowatches cannot be held responsible for delays caused by conditions beyond our control, such as customs clearance, severe weather, labor disputes, or holidays.
Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees:
International shipments may incur import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Nitrowatches has no control over these charges. If a shipment is refused and returned, the recipient is responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
Nitrowatches is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information shows the package was delivered to your address but you haven't received it, please file a claim with your shipping carrier.
Note: We rely on tracking data and delivery confirmation to review claims. We may not be able to honor claims if they are not reported promptly.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered before submitting the order. Nitrowatches starts processing orders immediately, so we cannot make changes once the order is placed. If the order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.
